Locally sourced ingredients are the highlight, and each course is introduced by our chef, who explains where the ingredients come from and what makes them special. Our winemaker also shares insights about the wines paired with the meal, adding another layer to the experience.

There’s no rush we wrap up the evening with almond coffee and herbal tea, letting you linger and enjoy conversations with the people you’ve met.
