At Farm to Table Mallorca, we host culinary events on a family-run farm near Felanitx. Our menus are designed by Andy, a Michelin-trained chef known for blending Asian flavors with local Mallorcan produce. Our dishes feature ingredients sourced from our farm, including vegetables, eggs, and honey. We also obtain fish and meat from local farmers. Embracing sustainable living, we create most of the items on the farm ourselves, from furniture to flowers for decorations.
Upon arrival, we greet everyone with a homemade vermouth welcome drink (bottomless throughout the entire event). After all the guests have arrived, we begin with a tour and a short presentation about our story, goals, and farm practices.The next part is the "Feast," starting with our homemade products: bread, butter, cheese, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, etc. During this part, we introduce the wines available during
the experience (wine is an additional cost). The first plate, which serves as a starter, is presented after the "bread" segment. It's always a fresh and aromatic dish designed to prepare our guests for the main course.The main course is the longest part of the event, typically lasting an hour or more. It is served "family style" and consists of five different dishes. Depending on the season, there are three vegetarian dishes (both cold and hot, featuring vegetables from our farm), one more substantial dish like tom yum fried rice, and whole fish (or more, depending on the group size) wrapped in wild leaves and herbs during the summer season, or meat cooked in front of guests over a fire in the winter season. The event concludes with a plated dessert and coffee. We don't have a set closing time, so guests are welcome to stay as long as they like.
