FARM TO TABLE

Founded in 2020 by Michelin trained chef Andy Ciempiel. We gather people around one long table at Los Dos Caballeros vineyard in Inca, Mallorca. Local farmers, seasonal produce, shared plates.

A long table set among the vines. Courses built around what Mallorca grows right now. Food that travels maybe ten kilometres from field to plate, shared with strangers who leave as friends.
