Events Policy
At our Events, we take great pride in making sure that all customers have an enjoyable experience. To ensure that all customers have the best experience, we have established a set of policies. When booking an event with us, customers agree to abide by our terms and conditions. These include respecting the safety and personal space of others, refraining from any disruptive behaviour, and adhering to any additional rules specified by our staff. We reserve the right to remove any person who fails to follow our policies or who causes disruption to the event. Our policies are designed to protect the safety and enjoyment of all our customers.
Farm to Table Mallorca Event Policy and Guidelines
At our events, we ask that all participants abide by the following policies. For private events, we require a minimum of 10 people in order to proceed. If the event does not reach the minimum of 10 people, it will be canceled and all payments will be refunded. If a private event is canceled up to two weeks before, a full refund will be provided. For open events, cancellations must be made up to five days before the event. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur on the premises; all participants are on their own risk.
