About the Event
This isn’t your typical dinner. Fresh flour ground on-site, farm eggs, and noodles made right in front of you. You’ll sip your welcome drink as we pull, cut, and shape the noodles together, getting hands-on with the whole process. Aromatics fill the air, and then we sit down to enjoy the freshly made noodles right away.
For the main, tender lamb leg from a local farmer. If you're vegetarian, we’ve got charred cabbage in soy butter, fried rice with braised stems, sweet potatoes, and baked pumpkin in béchamel with kale, spinach, and parsley. We’ll finish off with a decadent gato cake.

The menu will be announced soon. It will include a variety of seasonal dishes such as noodles, sweet onion, lamb, cabbage in soy butter, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potato.

What is the minimum number of guests required?
A minimum of 10 guests is required for the event to proceed. You will be notified 2 days in advance if the event is canceled due to low numbers.
What is the maximum capacity?
The event can accommodate up to 24 guests.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are fully refundable.
Is wine included?
Wine is not included in the ticket price. However, you can purchase wine during the event. Soft drinks and a welcome drink are provided.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed as there are chickens and other dogs on the property.
