We grill calçots the traditional way, directly over the flames, and serve them hot and ready to eat with your hands. The BBQ stays open throughout the event, so you can eat at your own pace. This is a relaxed farm-style gathering. Arrive between 13:00 and 14:00, take your seat at the table, and settle in for the afternoon.
