Tasting Menu

This season, our vision is to create an experience that celebrates seasonal dishes and our beautiful new location, complemented by the finest Mallorcan wines. The hosting space blends modern design with traditional Mallorcan features and raw flora, perfectly reflecting our menus. Our tasting experience is ever-changing, with no set menu. It evolves based on the arrival of fresh produce from assosiated farmers and the chef's creativity. We invite you to trust the kitchen, knowing that all the produce is local and served on family-style sharing plates that can accommodate all tastes.

4 course tasting menu with over 8 different dishes + welcome drink

We serve a series of dishes starting with small dishes, raw or preserved vegetables, freshly baked bread, and a delicate broth. This is followed by a progression of larger plates and concludes with an assortment of desserts. Our talented chef, Andy, brings his unique culinary flair to the table, blending Asian styles and flavors with the best of Mallorcan products.

When booking your ticket, please inform us of any specific dietary needs in the special request window.

Secret Location Upon purchasing your ticket, you'll receive an email with the event location (be sure to check your spam folder).

As our event is hosted on the farm, we recommend comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent for your comfort.

Please note:

* A minimum of 10 guests is required to proceed. Notification will be given 2 days in advance if cancellation is necessary.

*Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are fully refundable.

* Wine is not included ( just soft and welcome drinks), wine is included in wine pairing (one glass for each course)

* Dogs are not allowed (only because we have chickens onsite)
